Sıralamada yer alan üniversitelerin son 5 yılda aldığı toplam 1 milyon 290 bin 687 atfın yüzde 85’i devlet üniversitelerine ait oldu. Öğretim üyesi başına düşen öğrenci sayısı, devlet üniversitelerinde ortalama 26,71 iken vakıf üniversitelerinde 32,30 olarak belirlendi.
